Real Estate: Time Has Started

It has been quite a while since the word recession and market down have been heard from many corners of the market. This was especially in the case of the real estate market. But now, it looks like the good days have begun.

There is a buzz among the real estate folks that the time has come to invest and so they have begun to target the Middle class sector for a change. Each day, many from this sector have been receiving number of sms in mobile. They are ads and offers on plots, houses etc.

As sms says, “Own plot @ rs 200 per sq yard” and only a phone number is given without the mention of area. Another sms reads, “Own a flat @ rs 1300 per sft”. Same is the case again. Phone number is given without mention of area. These lines with those numbers are attracting middle class and freshly retired government salaried employees those carry some big lump sum to home.

While it is not sure how much of them are really feasible deals the trend has started to pick up and it is said that this has already begun to show some results. Even the customer segment is said to be willing to come forward and invest which is a really good sign.
