'Village lo Vinayakudu' – an insight

The film ‘Village lo Vinayakudu’ is currently in the making. The story revolves around a fat man in a family and this is set on the backdrop of a village by the banks of the river Godavari. Krishnudu is playing the lead role and he is pairing up with debutante Saranya Mohan while Rao Ramesh, Yendamuri Veerendranath and others form the support cast. The film is directed by Saikiran Adavi and they are looking at the audio release in September 1st while the main movie release in October. Whatever happened to the rule of people only over 18 allowed to drink? City pubs have been seen opening doors to young boys and girls and serving them smilingly with alcoholic beverages. Well, its not about the over-18 crowd or the older pub patrons feeling much older with these school kids floating around, but the fact that no rule seems to be followed in pubs anymore. The smoking ban went up in smoke long back and now the entry rules too have been relaxed considerably. Possibly in recessionary time, any customer is precious for pub owners.

Real Estate: Time Has Started

It has been quite a while since the word recession and market down have been heard from many corners of the market. This was especially in the case of the real estate market. But now, it looks like the good days have begun.

There is a buzz among the real estate folks that the time has come to invest and so they have begun to target the Middle class sector for a change. Each day, many from this sector have been receiving number of sms in mobile. They are ads and offers on plots, houses etc.

As sms says, “Own plot @ rs 200 per sq yard” and only a phone number is given without the mention of area. Another sms reads, “Own a flat @ rs 1300 per sft”. Same is the case again. Phone number is given without mention of area. These lines with those numbers are attracting middle class and freshly retired government salaried employees those carry some big lump sum to home.

While it is not sure how much of them are really feasible deals the trend has started to pick up and it is said that this has already begun to show some results. Even the customer segment is said to be willing to come forward and invest which is a really good sign.

Allari Naresh Receives First Filmfare

He is known as the bankable star of the Telugu circuit and has given a good rate of hits. Known for his good talent in acting, his skills have now been recognized. He is none other than Allari Naresh and he has now received his first ever Filmfare award.

Naresh got the award for the best supporting actor and this was for the film ‘Gamyam’. Sharing his thoughts, Naresh revealed that this was the first in their family and added that not even his father had got it. He was thankful to all those who helped him attain this success.

Special thanks also went to the talented Krish who directed the film and Naresh was said to be overwhelmed on this achievement. Soon, he will be seen in the new movie ‘Bendu Apparao RMP’ and this is being produced by the movie moghul D Ramanaidu.

Manjula To produce Naga Chaitanya's next film

Naga Chaintanya is going to act in the direction of Gowtham Menon, the film that is going to be produced by Manjula, the sister of Mahesh Babu.

The movie is going to be launched in last week of August and well start its shooting subsequently. Nagachaitanya’s first film ‘Josh’ is set for release. Expectations are good on the project and tentatively the movie releases on 29th of August, the birthday of Nagarjuna.

On the other hand Manjula has also tightened belts to produce a movie with Mahesh Babu while Nagachaitanya’s flick goes in parallel. Gowtham Menon will direct even that film

Why Did Sada Cry Like That?

The slender and hot seductress Sada who has been a famous face in the southern circuit has been off the Telugu screens for quite a while. But now, she is said to be back with the new movie ‘A Aa E Ee’. However, one video of hers is currently making rounds in youtube which got many thinking.

Apparently, Sada was seen shooting for a song in the movie and after few seconds she suddenly woke up and was crying bitterly. While some said that it was due to some hot object which touched her others said that she was not comfortable with the idea of so many hands working on the fruits and touching her.

All this apart, there is also another version that Sada was said to be lying like that for a long time and this was testing her patience. All in all, it was surprising and shocking for many to see Sada crying so badly. Well, the real reason for that is still a mystery though.
