Ajith - Nayanatara superhit tamil film Billa is being remade in telugu with the same name but with Prabhas and Anushka in the lead roles. Namitha who did the second heroine role in the movie will be playing the same role in the telugu movie also.
Telugu Billa which was officially launched on 9th October is going to start its regular shooting from 20th of this month. The unit of Billa will be shooting in the exotic locations of in and around Vizag in their first shedule. The unit will shoot a romantic song on the lead pair and also some action sequences here. After completion of first shedule, the unit will then shoot the remaining movie in foreign locations of Dubai, Malayasia and Thailand.
Billa is being directed by Meher Ramesh who earlier directed Kantri with Ntr and is being produced by Krishnam Raju on Gopi Krishna Entertainments banner.
