Chiru’s Ganji – Benz Vs Balayya’s Tourist – Terrorist

Vijayawada: Megastar Chiranjeevi was poetic and rhythmical in his political maiden speech at Tirupathi. Though the script was written much ahead of the meeting, Chiru could get it well and present it in the best of the poetic forms.

His statements like “I was boy and toy to my mother” and “I’m used to Ganji (gruel) and Benz” were catchier and have gone into the memories of most of the people. Even today, if one says Ganji-Benz, it takes the listeners straight to Chiranjeevi’s speech at Tirupathi.

Taking cue from such catchy phrases, Balakrishna’s script writers too have tried to include some in the speech at Yuva Garjana. Balakrishna said that the State was used to receive a good number of foreign “tourists” in the past and was now receiving “terrorists”.

Another such a catchy phrase was about the bomb explosions (AP has become hub of bomb explosions and the State has link in every explosion that takes place in every corner of the country (Desamlo ye moolana bomb pelina, daani moolalu mana daggare unnayi).

The script writers of both Chiru and Balakrishna have done well to make their speeches pierce into the hearts of the fans. True to the expectations, the catchy phrases have gone deep into the hearts of the fans.
